Our Difference

At CRE we believe that there are no cheap bargains to be had and that we are committed to achieve the highest price possible for your property.

We achieve this by only marketing and advertising in accordance with your written instructions.

We do not believe in the practice of offering properties to a buyer at a "price range" because the buyer will only focus on the lowest price and beneath.

We respect your privacy and need for proper notice of inspections. This means that we do inspections by appointment only and to properly qualified buyers.

We do not recommend  "open homes", as we do not believe in allowing strangers into your home, thereby possibly negating your Household Insurance Policy.  However we will always operate under your instructions.

We do not as a rule endorse the Auction System, or the high price of advertising programs associated with Auction programs.

We believe that pricing is critical, and therefore are committed to following the procedures for appraising a property as recommended by The Office of Fair Trading.

We hold ourselves accountable for the accuracy of our appraisals and encourage all Sellers to obtain an indpendant valuation for sale purposes from a registered valuer. If you do this and list with us, on the successful completion of your sale, we will refund the valuation fee up to a maximum of $500.

We are strongly committed to the Real Estate Industry and its code of practice, and we are accredited members of the REIQ.

Last, but not least we are not members of a Franchise Organisation, and accordingly we are able to develop strategies and programs to suit your individual needs without the inhibitions of a Franchisor or Marketing Group.
